Over medium heat, evaporate some of the remaining liquid. About 5 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd the maple syrup, stir. Continue cooking about 5 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd consomm\u00e9, water, pressed garlic and Tabasco. Bring to boil and remove from heat.<br \/>\nIn a small bowl, mix the Black Garlic Pur\u00e9e with some broth and incorporate to the soup. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Fill bowls. Add the toasted bread and top with the cheese.
