Set aside<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In a large skillet on med-high heat, add half the canola oil, the chicken, salt and pepper. Cook about 7 minutes. Remove the chicken from skillet and set aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>On medium heat, add the rest of the canola oil, the celery and carrots. Cook about 5 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd the green onions and, cook until the vegetables are cooked but still crunchy.<br \/>\nAdd the chicken  and the sauce and let the sauce thickened.  About 2 to 3 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd the Black Garlic and stir. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Yields 4 Servings<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Serve on rice.
